  • Born and bred in South Africa, Limpopo Province, in Giyani, Rose has worked with leaders, politicians and shape-changers. She has over 7 years of training experience as a Senior trainer in the industry, she is a sought-after Discussion Panel facilitator on entrepreneurship, finance, environmental and economic forums and has a strong reputation for her training techniques and for eliciting scintillating training. In depth knowledge of training with a particular interest in Public Finance and Economic Affairs equips her ideally to manage corporate events where the goal is to share a broad understanding with the audience as learners.

  • Having studied the specialised courses such as Financial management, she acquired the essential skills of effective communication, analytical thinking and information evaluation. Most prominently, they provided her with insight into the management of the finances of businesses. Rose is a qualified Facilitator, Accredited Assessor and a moderator with relevant Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETA’s) for various qualifications. She is a qualified Accountant, a member of Southern African Institute of Business Accountants (SAIBA), South African Institute of Tax Professionals (SAIT) and a registered Tax Practitioner with South African Reserve Services (SARS) and was an Executive member of the Limpopo branch Business women association of South Africa (BWASA)..

  • Apart from her studies, Ms Mageza is the founder of khongoloti training academy situated in Giyani, Limpopo which has accreditation with Various SETA’s and Training Authority. Rose is also an owner of The Tax Shop Giyani / Thohoyandou which is part of the national Tax Shop Franchise Group. The Tax Shop Giyani provides all accounting services. She is part of a youth development organisational structure in a non- profit organisation which strives to promote positive youth development and plan quality experiences with young people as well as enlist them to help their communities.
